Great location, apartment and view, but a very complicated and time-consuming self-check-in process Positive: Great location, spacious and clean apartment, with everything you need. The building is spectacular, and the view from the balcony is beautiful. Parking is very close to the apartment. Negative: It is not clearly explained enough that this is actually a building with apartments, rather than a regular hotel with a reception. Check-in must be completed online before arrival because this is required to get the code to enter the building, as there is never anyone at the reception. I did not pay enough attention to this, so I ended up having to park by the side of the road in the middle of the Austrian Alps, find a signal, and complete the online check-in. The process requires detailed forms to be completed for each person staying in the apartment. In addition, the tourist tax and parking fee have to be paid separately through their platform. There is also a separate payment for the pet, and another separate payment of a €100 deposit, which is required before check-in. All of this is quite exhausting and takes a lot of time. Personally, I really dislike this kind of check-in process, where everything is left to the guest, when it is something that the accommodation provider or hotel should normally handle. So, for me personally, this is a huge minus. However, I believe there are many people who would not find this such a big problem. My mistake was that I did not look carefully enough at the accommodation I was booking and did not realize that it was not a regular hotel. On the other hand, I used the filter on Booking.com to show hotels only, and this property is presented as a regular hotel on Booking.com, even though it is not.

Trevlig och fin lägenhet på bra läge med lättillgänglig uthyrare. Positive: Fin utsikt över byn. Fin och fräsch lägenhet. Lätt att få kontakt med uthyraren som hade hög servicenivå. Smidig incheckning. Negative: Kyrkan mitt emot huset ringde i ca 1 minut varje morgon kl 07. Ganska trångt kring bordet för tre personer att äta. Kunde varit lite mer information kring hantering av sopor/sortering.
